- The ability to manage emotions, including the ability to regulate your own emotions, and the ability to cheer up or calm down another person.

About the Speaker
Jim Trunick is the author of the highly acclaimed book; The CORE of Leadership ® Jim is on the faculty (leadership studies) at Brandman-Chapman University. He also serves on the Brandman School of business advisory board. Jim’s 36 years corporate business success includes Senior Director, national training, regional operations, U.S. product marketing and professional relations business groups. He created and established the commercial leadership development division at Allergan.
