Exploring Executive Career Alternatives: Corporate Track vs. Entrepreneurial Track?
Departing Boomers are Leaving a Big Gap in the U.S. Workforce. Unemployment is the lowest in 50 years. Baby Boomers make up about one third of today’s workforce. The Boomers are a generation of 75 million, many of whom are still working. Losing 10,000 a day presents a significant drain of knowledge, experience and wisdom for the companies that employ them. These companies need to replace these retirees and fill a significant skill and expertise gap. This issue isn’t going away any time soon. Plan B truly is the New Plan A and there are career options for middle to senior level executives to choose from.
Join us at the next ExecuNet Meeting in Carlsbad on February 6, 2020 featuring a panel Q&A discussion with 4 industry experts to discover the many paths and directions that are available to executives at the career crossroads.
